URGENTLY REQUIRED
RETAIL DELIVERY COORDINATOR (RD-C)
Responsibilities:
- Review the standard of interior fit-out Lippo Malls and fit-out guidelines Lippo Malls
- Supervise and report on progress and results of both the quality of contractor work and working time
- Handover of technical coordination unit, fit out, shop opening, store renovations and surrender
- Correspondence and intensive communication with tenants, contractors, and relevant internal teams
Requirements:
- Male max. 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from Architecture / Civil
- Min. 4 year(s) of working experience in consultant architect, contractor interior or project management (preferable as Project Supervisor in retail mall / apartment/hotel/office)
- Excellent in English and computer literate
- Excellent in Autocad and photoshop
- Detail oriented, focus, having good leadership, able to work in a team and under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and has a creative problem solving abilities
